the fitness regime has been going quite well and im running at least 3 times a week.<br />Just signed up to Prokick kick boxing club, so ill see how that goes.<br /><br />Im sure it will be so different to the freestle Kung Fu ive been used to in the past, but im looking forard to it, im sure the fitness will be second to none and these guys are pretty tuff and world champions..<br /><br />when i get broken nose and legs ill take a few pictures to let you see...<br /><br />others things happening today, well not much really, the shops quite quiet today, though thats the weather for
