Well it looks like my wee nose has been broken last wednesday night kickboxing...
oh im so in pain, and my sleeps been so erratic as im unable to breath through my nose and it wakes me constantly..
Im worried that its going to interfere with my kickbox training as my possible first official fight is in August...
grrrrr

Prokick 20 - Leval 3 Sparring and fighters

this was my hardest 3 hours in the kickboxing ring ive ever had..

Went out on the boat on sunday, the vids on blogtv as youtube deleted it as it was 21 minates long...grrrrrrr
Anyway, i didnt catch any fish, but ah well..i anchored up in Carrickfergus Harbour for an hour and just chilled out with a few cuppas

Today is tuesday, im listening to the Vobes and serving my customers...Whats planned for this evening, well a good run, then a good healthy dinner then me and will are taking the dogs on a big long walk..

Great night last night at kickboxing, loads of ring work and plenmty of sparring.guys are coming on really well and they are hitting well..hmm that sounds odd..but you do actually get used to being smacked in the nose..lol

Well another horrible day today, wind howling down the street and rain coming in sideways..not exactly good for business but ah well i persevere as usual..

The vobes show has just started so gonna chill out with a coffee as i await my first customer..

Horrible weather today, nothing much happening in the shop today..
Went to the Ulster Folk park on Mayday and it was ok, yeah well i have been there many many times before.
Had a good run yesterday and sparring class tonight...
Just heard the Vobes show talking about his constipation..lmao

Might go down to the boat this afternoon and potter about as its so quiet here..let the engines tick over a wee while,,does em the world of good

Well its a sunny warm day, so hopefully the shop will be busy, ive got loads of great deals on now..so lets be avin ya...

Gonna go for a good run tonight and then chill out with a gin or 2..
tomorrow is my time, so im gonna hit the marina and sort out the boat, i might even take a little trip...

Well here i am at work again, the fishing tackle business is starting to get busy again now the season is upon us, thank goodness..
Was so tempted to take up my coaches offer of a trip to Geneva on Saturday to attend a kickboxing match, but thankfully an extra flight was unavailable, yes i say thankfully as i said yes on a whim not taking into account i run my own business..
Though it would have been nice, but stupid to go.
