Great night last night at kickboxing, loads of ring work and plenmty of sparring.guys are coming on really well and they are hitting well..hmm that sounds odd..but you do actually get used to being smacked in the nose..lol

Well another horrible day today, wind howling down the street and rain coming in sideways..not exactly good for business but ah well i persevere as usual..

The vobes show has just started so gonna chill out with a coffee as i await my first customer..
